first glazed layers of colour

as you can see when you enlarge the image I've started to glaze the colour layers over the underpainting. The first layer I did was red, then blue then yellow. the skin is starting to glow, and the painting is starting to breath. over the weekend I noodled about with some back ground studys, My original vision was of Eve standing in front of a waterfall, but I'm not so sure that that will do the figure justice now so I'm playing with alternates. We'll see... got to go to my #*~ er job. Robin
